1. Ordering on line

Ordering at the Vedette shop is easy.
• You can choose to
- ‘shop by sport’ (there are collections in a variety of sporting disciplines which will vary from time to time)
- ‘shop by style’ where if you are just a general fan of all things, you can look at the cutest dresses, or tops across all sports
- ‘shop by club’ for the die hard fans in football. However, we also have our own fan therapy line called ‘Je suis fan’ so you don’t have to be dedicated to one club or from a fashion sense, colour, to wear the garment of your preference.

• Once you have found something you like, click on the item to access the individual product page which will give you all the information you need on sizing, colour options, and stock levels. Additionally, this will also show you all the other club options available if that is relevant.

• If you decide to purchase, click on ‘add to cart’ and it will be in your shopping bag. Please note that until this item has gone through the whole payment process, it will still be available to buy for other customers. Official stock levels are only
depleted once an item is actually sold.

• From here you can either continue shopping or proceed to the checkout for the payment process to begin.

If you prefer to order by phone, please contact us on the numbers shown on the contact page where we can assist you using a variety of payment schemes, credit card, or cheque.

2. Pre order

Occasionally, an item may not be in stock yet as we are awaiting delivery. In these instances you will be given the opportunity to make a pre order for the item which means that you receive the item as priority once it is in stock with us. However, payment will only be taken once the items are with us and ready for shipment.

However, you may also choose simply to register your interest so that we contact you once the item is in stock. Items coming into stock, however, would be pre-allocated to those customers who have officially pre-ordered.

In the event that we are unable to deliver goods which have been pre ordered owing to production or quality problems, we would of course notify all customers by email and make any refunds due.

If you have registered your email address for notification of an item on the Vedette shop, we will try to give you a few days notice of the arrival of the new stock. We will also notify you in the event of particularly high demand for a product where a second order is possible, of the second delivery date.

3. Gift Vouchers

Vedette also offers gift vouchers which will be sent in individual boxes. Just select from the shop as
usual and proceed through the normal checkout.

4. Checkout and payment

Products are priced in GBP and are inclusive of VAT.  If ordering internationally, the value of the GBP at the time of purchase will be honoured, but please note there will be additional carriage costs and any duties levied by the jurisdiction of the destination country. Any final process will be calculated with the applicable exchange rate on the day your credit card
company processes the transaction. See shipping for more details.

Payment can be made via Paypal, oredit card or cheque although please be advised, the cheque will need to clear before goods are dispatched.. If the issuer of either your credit card or cheque refuses to authorize payment, we will not be able to deliver until alternative funds are issued.

5. Acknowledgement of order

Once the order has been processed, an email will be sent to you notifiying you that the purchase has been confirmed and payment authorized. In rare instances,  we reserve the right not to accept your order in the event that payment is not authorized or valid, the item is not in stock, or is withdrawn owing to quality control standards not being met. Furthermore, we reserve the right to issue a refund and not deliver goods should we discover that any customer is buying multiple items for resale without our knowledge or consent which would not be unreasonably withheld providing our trading standards are adhered to.

6. Delivery

Once items are in stock we aim to dispatch orders within 48 hours to the postal address you have provided in your order. However, we cannot guarantee an exact delivery date and your goods may take longer to be dispatched if items are out of stock of if they are being sent internationally. All packages must be signed for at which point the responsibility for and title of the item passes to the customer.

7. Returns and exchanges

All returns and exchanges must be requested within 7 days of receipt by customer and must be returned to us using an authorized carrier which can utilize tracking services. Goods should be returned within 14 days or they may not be accepted except at the discretion of Vedette.. Customers must call Vedette to be issued with a returns reference number (RRN) and provide a reason for return. All items must then be safely packaged in original packaging or equivalent to avoid risk of damage in transit. It is strongly recommended that you use recorded or special delivery as the goods remain the customers responsibility until we receive them.

Vedette is dedicated to providing items of only the highest quality

•Faulty items
These items must be unworn and still have all their tags intact. Returns of faulty swim wear or lingerie will only be accepted if the hygiene strip is in place. Postage for return will be refunded exclusive of additional tax levies.

•Unwanted items
If you are returning an item because it is unsuitable, there is no refund of potage which is the sole responsibility of the customer

•Exchange items
These items must be unworn and still have all their tags intact. Any item which shows evidence of being damaged or soiled through wear will not be exchanged under any circumstances. Exchanges may be made for an incorrect size subject to availability. However exchanges will not be made for an alternative item. In the event that we cannot fulfill the exchange on a size, we will make a refund but these will exclude any shipping charges or taxes levied if ordered overseas.

Alternatively you can request a shop credit to use against another purchase in the future.

8. Gift returns

If you have received an item as a gift from Vedette, you may return it in exchange for a shop credit which will allow you to exchange it for another item. No cash refunds will be given.

9. Shipping

Vedette ships to all countries in Europe, many in Asia and Australasia. Some products may also be shipped to America.

Some of the football licensed products are restricted to distribution in certain territories and therefore it may not be possible for all items to be delivered to all territories as the licensing terms vary from club to club.

However, all non licensed products can be shipped worldwide.

1. General conditions

These terms and conditions shall apply to all contracts entered into by Vedette whose registered office is at XXXXX.By placing an order with us, you are accepting these Terms and Conditions.

We reserve the right to alter these terms and conditions at any time and in placing a new order after these alterations are made, you are deemed to have accepted the new terms.

We make no warranty that this site will meet your requirements or will be uninterrupted, secure, or error free, that this site or the server are free of viruses. Vedette will not be responsible or liable to you for any loss of content transmitted through this site.

This site is for personal use, non commercial use only and may not be modified, or reproduced, in any way

2. Privacy policy

All personal information supplied to us will be treated in accordance with the Data Protection Act. The nature of this site means that we will obtain, use and disclose certain information about you. By registering to use the site you agree to this use.

When ordering goods you will need to provide details of contact and demographic information. This data will be stored and used in accordance with our required use to provide you with details of products or to contact you in accordance with the normal use of this site. We will also use it to aggregate user profiles. For the purposes of improving our site and product details, as you use the site, it ill also collate information on products you look at and parts of the site visited.

We endeavour to take all reasonable precautions to protect your data but cannot guarantee the security of  any data you disclose online. You accept security implications of transacting online over the internet and Vedette will not be liable for any breach of security unless it has been negligent or in willful default.

3. Copyright

All of the rights, including copyright, designs, trademarks (including third party) all intellectual property, and database rights within this site are owned by Vedette. Content is further defined as sounds, video, music, image rights, text and
photographs and must not be copied or reproduced in any form and doing so may result in civil or criminal penalties. Items under licence must also not be sent to territories where Vedette does not hold a licence for distribution. Any use of this site must be for lawfully permitted purposes and any other use shall only be with our consent.

 4. Liability

Excepting injury which arises as result of our negligence, Vedette shall not in any circumstances be liable for any direct, indirect or consequential loss or damage arising from the sale or use of any of our products including without imitation loss of profits, damage to property, person or loss of contracts. In all cases our entire liability will be the limited to damages which shall not exceed the price paid for the item, howsoever arising.

Users will also agree to defend and indemnify Vedette and all its officers, directors, agents, licensors and suppliers from and against any liabilities, claims, expenses and legal fees arising from breach of the Terms and conditions by aforesaid user arising out of use of this site or by any other personas accessing this site using aforesaid users account.
